A: All files are scanned using Sophos PLC’s security software

A: Typically a T-1 is average for a school

A: There is no limit on file storage

Q: What if a user forgets his/her user name and password?

A: Both administrators and teachers have the ability to look up user names and passwords as well as change them, or the user can call or send an email and we will look it up.

A: Our servers are clustered at a co-location in San Diego at level tier 1

Q: Can we host the solution on our servers?

A: Unfortunately not. We host everything to free up your servers and minimize administrative work.
